This woman had an MACS lift (Minimal Access Cranial Suspension) and peri-oral chemical peel. The lifting and tightening of tissues below the skin is done without cutting there but only with placement of permanent sutures. I do not find it as effective in the neck as a SMAS lift. She also had a chemical peel around the mouth. A facelift makes very little or no change around the mouth.
